Most renovation budgets are lost in the first three weeks, before anyone has picked up a tool. Decisions get deferred, drawings get approved without a cost attached, and by the time the numbers arrive the design is too far along to change cheaply.

What is included

Site feasibility, outline cost modelling, permit strategy, programme planning, value engineering, and coordination with your architect or designer if you already have one.

What you get at the end

A written feasibility report, an outline budget with ranges rather than false precision, and a realistic programme including approval time. If we are not the right builder for the job, that report will say so.
