A workplace fitout with a hard constraint: the business could not close, and staff could not lose desks.

We phased the work into four zones and moved the team once per phase, each move on a Friday evening. Services were upgraded overnight. Every phase was handed back clean and fully working before the next began.

Three months, no lost working days, no complaints logged. The client has since put two further sites through the same process.
